My first taste of “The Bird” or “Yardbird” was on last year’s Epicurean Market. One year later I am here in their first outlet in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore checking out the some of the dishes from the menu. The Bird Southern Table & Bar is under Restaurateur John Kunkel’s award-winning restaurant group. The have a sophisticated space with rustic charm and using white brick walls on their interior décor.
