In celebration of Singapore’s 53rd yeat of independence, Yan Cantonese Cuisine Restaurant located at National Gallery Singapore has launched Yan’s National Day Dim Sum Menu. The menu is available from 1 – 31 August 2018 during lunch hours from 12:00pm to 2:30pm. The bite-sized dishes are specially crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Lai Chi Sum and his dim sum chef.
