Uni Gallery by OosterBay located in the basement of The Plaza along Beach Road is an uni speciality restaurant. I did not know the existence of The Plaza until I was here for the uni (sea urchin) dishes. The restaurant is owned by an online seafood supplier who brings in overseas shipment in weekly basis. D.O.P Mozzarella Bar & Restaurant located Robertson Quay was opened in July 2016 by Luca Lannone. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine from southern Italian region of Campania. It is actually Luca’s hometown. I visited the restaurant last week courtesy of ChopeSG with a friend of mine.
