[SG EATS] Uni Gallery by OosterBay- Uni Lovers’ Paradise

Uni Gallery by OosterBay located in the basement of The Plaza along Beach Road is an uni speciality restaurant. I did not know the existence of The Plaza until I was here for the uni (sea urchin) dishes. The restaurant is owned by an online seafood supplier who brings in overseas shipment in weekly basis. [SG EATS] The Salted Plum At Circular Road- Taiwanese Fare From S$5.00 onwards

Does the title remind you of Five Ten? Yes, you are right! The Salted Plum is the same folks behind Five Ten (Closed) at North Bridge Road. This new concept restaurant took over the defunct Bakbak Bak Kut Teh. The Salted Plum has a strong selling point, which is their lunch bowls at S$10.00 and dining dishes starting from S$5.00 onwards. Skyve Wine Bistro located at Winstedt Road offers hearty modern bistro fare. I visited the bistro recently to check out their new menu inspired by Chef Jachin Tan. Plentyfull located at Millenia Walk is the latest addition F&B outlet. An all-day restaurant with dual concept, patisserie, gourmet grocer and more.
