[SG EATS] Spanish Gourmet Extravaganza At The Knolls | Capella Singapore
A culinary celebration of all things Spanish is happening from 31 May – 02 June 2018. Festival-goers can look forward to a line up of Michelin-starred theme dinners by Chef Yayo Daporta and Chef Rafael Centeno, as well as indulge in selections of tapas and paella delights curated by renowned chefs.
Also, check out the award-wining father and son sommeliers, Luis and Alejandro Paadin will be directing the wine tasting session during the 4-day festival too.

Spanish fare include handcrafted menu of tapas and paella by Tapas Masters, Chef Alvaro Villasante and Chef Benigno Couso as well as Paella Master. Chef Santi Almuina. Expect to indulge in Glazed Iberico Pork Ribs with Apple Chimichurri Sauce, Galician-style Sea Bass, Mussels with Citrus and Galician White Wine, Tuna Loin with Consomme, Green Peas and many more.
Not to miss Seafood Paella by Chef Santi Almuina that include fresh shellfish, rockfish broth, bomba rice, Spanish saffron and Nora Peppers.
