Singapore Food Masters 2021 is back again! From 24 September to 23 October 2021, 107 participating food outlets from all over the island are in the running to be crowned this year’s Food Masters.Just like the past years, the participating eateries are divided into 4 zones – North-South, Circle, North-East and East-West Zones. The top ten eateries in each zone will advance to the next stage of Singapore Food Masters 2021 when the voting ends on 23 October. So, TIME TO START VOTING at sgfoodmasters.sg .
Together with a panel of 8 judges, we will be choosing the top three eateries from each zone based on five criteria: taste, presentation, services, value-for money and cleanliness. For this year’s competition, there are several newcomers, including Suk’s Thai Kitchen, Beef Bro, 123ZÔ Vietnamese BBQ Skewers and Hotpot, Marie’s Lapis Cafe, Duke of Congee, and Fitra Chicken Rice. Crowd favourites, including Shrimp Prawn Seafood and Woody Family Cafe, who were both part of the top three in their zone last year will also be returning. They are also in the running to clinch the ‘Longest-Running Award’, which is a new award introduced this year.
Among the participating outlets, here are some popular choices like Tan Ser Seng Herbs Restaurant, Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Go Noodle House, Old World Bak Kut Teh & Fried Porridge, Dynasty Fried Porridge and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant to look out for.
Each zone’s top 3 eateries will be recognized in a prize presentation ceremony on 27 November. Members of the public who voted for any of the winning eateries stand a chance to be one of the 12 winners who will walk away with a S$100 shopping voucher in a lucky draw.
