During my one week stay in Seoul, E suggested to try Myth Jokbal and we headed to the outlet at Myeongdong for lunch. So why is Myth Jokbal is famous? Jokbal is a Korean braised pig’s trotters cooked with soy sauce and spices. It is a combination of soy sauce, ginger, garlic and rice wine.
