“Rokukaku” means six senses- the five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, and the sense of creating. Tei means torch, a word chosen by Chef Hideyuki Tanaka’s master in hopes that many people will gather around and be drawn to this torch. If you have not heard of this Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant is so famous that the average queue is at least an hour to two.
