Cheot Nun Korean Dessert Café was opened late last year (2016) and I have visited the place 2nd time including my recent visit. The Korean Dessert Café located next to Sprout (fine dining restaurant) and a short distance from City Square JB & Komtar Mall. You can take a cab, uber or grab here with less than RM8. Torafugu Tei is a chain of restaurant specializes in fugu dishes in Japan. We were attracted to the restaurant because of the live puffer fish tank displayed.
