Another new bingsu shop spotted recently at Parklane Mall operated by Koreans. I still remember my first bingsu in Singapore was Nunsongyee 1-2 years back. Ever since the K-pop trend, everyone is so into Korean food and stuffs. Snow Witch is located at the 2nd level of the shopping mall and easily spotted with the bright lightings as compared with the rest of the shops in the mall.
