Usher in abundance, good health, and prosperity in the Year of the Rabbit with Jiang Nan Chun at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Indulge in sumptuous feasts and elegantly designed menus starting from S$188++ per person. Vegetarian Celebration Menu priced at S$148++ per person are available as well. The Lunar New Yet Set Menus are available from 1 January till 5 February 2023.
Here are the highlights we had during our Chinese New Year media preview. This menu costs S$248++ per person:
Prosperity Salmon and Surf Clams Yu Sheng with Organic Ice Plants Toss to success and good health with luxurious Prosperity Yu Sheng, bursting with fresh ocean flavours of Salmon and Surf Clams, complemented by hand-shredded root vegetables, organic ice plants and a healthy crunch of pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and sunflower seeds. It comes with two (sizes) Small and Large.

Braised three head abalone takes on the essence of the sauce with an extra hint of saltiness. They are firm to bite but enough chew for it to be enjoyable. It is good with the slow cooked and tender pork belly.
