Whenever weekend comes, JB café hopping is one of the activities that we do across the causeway. Faculty of Caffeine is one of the first JB café that is by walking distance from City Square mall and JB check point. The café is also the earliest café that start operating which I would recommend to drop by if you reach JB by 9am to beat the traffic. This is what my friends and I do. Whenever raining weather, the comfort food that I will think of is Bak Kut Teh. I was introduced to Yi Pin Bak Kut Teh located at Blk 530 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10. This neighbourhood restaurant started operating since March 2016 this year is offering both herbal and pepper version. Both version of soup base are actually from one of the co-owner’s family recipe.
