PS Café Fullerton is the latest addition of restaurant to One Fullerton. The café is located at level 2 of the building and just next to Forlino. This new cafe is the largest PS Café in Singapore.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a Japanese ramen restaurant renowned for its Hokkaido-style ramen and pork cheek. My sister and I visited one of their outlets in Central, Clark Quay over the weekend to check out their new ramen menu. Apparently Santouka is one of the best ramen in Tokyo and Singapore based on the google reviews. The founder, Hitoshi Hatanaka opened his own ramen shop at Hokkaido in 1988. Read More

My first taste of “The Bird” or “Yardbird” was on last year’s Epicurean Market. One year later I am here in their first outlet in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore checking out the some of the dishes from the menu. The Bird Southern Table & Bar is under Restaurateur John Kunkel’s award-winning restaurant group. The have a sophisticated space with rustic charm and using white brick walls on their interior décor. Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens is officially a Halal-certified restaurant as of June 2017. Although they have converted to halal restaurant, there are not many changes as a whole. The significant changes is that they no longer offering alcoholic drinks. Halia still serves modern European cuisine with Asian influences but made using ingredients that are sourced only from Halal-certified suppliers. Read More
