Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant is a modern Cantonese restaurant located at Level 4, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. I made a reservation through Chope beforehand for Sunday brunch. PS Café Fullerton is the latest addition of restaurant to One Fullerton. The café is located at level 2 of the building and just next to Forlino. This new cafe is the largest PS Café in Singapore.

One year later I am here in their first outlet in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore checking out the some of the dishes from the menu. The Bird Southern Table & Bar is under Restaurateur John Kunkel’s award-winning restaurant group. The have a sophisticated space with rustic charm and using white brick walls on their interior décor. Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens is officially a Halal-certified restaurant as of June 2017. Although they have converted to halal restaurant, there are not many changes as a whole. The significant changes is that they no longer offering alcoholic drinks.
