Kim Lian Kee Restaurant ( 金莲记福建面美食馆 ) located at in Petaling Street Market has over 100 years old. It is known as one of the best hokkien mee joints in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by the locals. It has been a while since I last shared my Johor Bahru makan place. My family and I went for dinner at Khi Ten Restaurant over one of the weekend. The restaurant is located in Taman Melodies which is a short distance away from KSL Mall. It is also near to Lemon Tree Restaurant (Western-style restaurant). Oh well, Uncle Pou Wok used to be my family favourite dinner place but nowadays we seldom visit them. The reason is because the waiting time during dinner hour can be very long. Their business is booming and they have opened several branches across Johor Bahru including Taman Mount Austin, Taman Impiana Emas, Bukit Indah and Permas Jaya.
