.Elia located at 10 Jiak Chuan Road serves as a bistro by day and restaurant by night. They have taken over Oriole Coffee Roasters and did a change of the interior design. The place offers 30-seaters which is quite a cosy space. I visited the place during night time along with other blogger friends for a tasting session.
