The Sampan is a three-storey restaurant and bar located at Boat Quay. The restaurant offers an Asian twist of cuisine. The restaurant has recently revamped their menu, which is helmed by their new Head Chef Ahmad. Diners can opt for outdoor dining by the river side or indoor air-con area at level 1. You can opt for private dining area on the second or third floor that overlooks Singapore River and Marina Bay Sands. It has a perfect spot to enjoy the fireworks during New Year Eve.
