[SG EATS] The Bravery- Muslim-owned Restaurant Reopens At Amoy Street

My last visit to The Bravery was at their previous location at Horne Road. Oh boy! Time flies! and they are reopen the new location at Amoy Street. The Muslim-owned restaurant is now located at a two-storey conservation shophouse along the Amoy Street neighbourhood. The first floor is where you can get your coffee fix and a variety of seating formats caters to different interactions whole the second storey houses The Bravery’s in-house bakery, which churns out fresh breads and baked goods daily. [SG EATS] FLIPPER’S – The Original ‘Kiseki’ Pancake Chain from Japan Is Now in Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Ngee Ann City

FLIPPER’S finally made its debut with a flagship store at Takashimaya SHopping Centre on 6 November. The flagship store took over the previous d’Good Cafe location if you are wondering where is the actual store location. This famous souffle pancake is originated in Tokyo in 2014 and marks its international presence in New York, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Seoul. The unique artisanal souffle pancakes are so delicate that they are served with two forks, which is part of the signature FLIPPER’S experience. [SG EATS] Starter Lab Bakery At Havelock Road- Famous Bakery from Bali, Indonesia

Starter Lab, a famous bakery from Canggu in Bali, Indonesia has opened for operations in Singapore this month. The bakery cafe specialise in sourdough bakeries and this is their second outlet and first outside of Bali. The outlet is located along Havelock Road and easily spotted with their white colour theme and minimalist wooden furnishings. [SG EATS] MEMO Café at Studio M Hotel Singapore- All Day Casual Dining Café Experience

Memo Café located at Studio M Hotel Singapore is a modern bistro for the neighbourhood. The café is formerly a self-service deli and revamped into all-day casual dining café that offers brunch, mains,coffee-based beverages and craft beers. The location is a bit off from the Fort Canning MRT station as you need to walk approximately 13-15 minutes. [SG EATS] .Elia at Jiak Chuan Road

.Elia located at 10 Jiak Chuan Road serves as a bistro by day and restaurant by night. They have taken over Oriole Coffee Roasters and did a change of the interior design. The place offers 30-seaters which is quite a cosy space. I visited the place during night time along with other blogger friends for a tasting session. Strangers’ Reunion has recently undergo renovation and added new dishes to the menu. So, Nicholas invited Karen, Zippy and me for dinner sometime back. Located along the stretch of shophouses at Kampong Bahru Road, the cafe is known for its coffee and waffles. The cafe is owned by Ryan Kieran Tan, Singapore National Barista Champion 2011 and 2012.
