Jia Yuen Eating House located at 15 Crane Road is a quiet coffeeshop around Joo Chiat vicinity area. The eatery shop is not noticeable as it is nestled among a row of shophouses and opposite residential housing. We were there on Saturday late noon for our lunch and the whole place is dim like closed for business. But we saw there are people having their meals there and went ahead to check it out. Read More

When it comes to Nasi Lemak recommendation in Singapore, The Coconut Club is one of the top recommendations. The restaurant earned its reputation when they received an additional stamp of approval from PM Lee Hsien Loong when he chose to host Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte in late 2016. They are also known as Michelin Bib Gourmand choice in 2018. Although everyone is raving about it, this is my first time visiting. We wanted to go to next door new opening but it was long queue. Chef Kang’s Noodle House is located between buildings at Toa Payoh Jackson Square. It is not noticeable from the main road because the stall is situated inside. There is ample parking space for those who are driving.
