VLV is the latest wine and dine restaurant located at Clark Quay. VLV has taken over the heritage building which was used to be The Forbidden City by Indochine. Oh well I visited Kko Kko Chicken Bar located at Kandahar Street with Nicholas, Nicole and Amanda on a Monday night recently. Kko Kko Nara first outlet is at Tanjong Pagar and this is their few months old franchise outlet. I was not expecting Korean restaurant along this street because the shops are mostly local, Indonesian and middle-eastern cuisines. It was a quiet street at night I would say. This outlet is bar concept. Thus, this explains the neon lights and chandeliers. Read More
