Finally! I tried the famous HaiDiLao last week with my foodie friends. HaiDiLao is known with their excellent service, quality foods and long waiting time. We tried to call to make reservation for the outlet at 313 Somerset but it is not allowed. The name of the restaurant comes after the hype of the song and the owner, Jeffrey decided to use it as the name of the restaurant. Lemon Tree is located along shophouses facing residential place called Taman Melodies. The restaurant is actually 7 minutes away from KSL City Mall. The location is not easily identified if you are not a local here but GPS and Google Maps are useful for those who are driving. Ever since the currency rate is 1: 3 , there is a drastic increase of human traffic daily from Singapore checkpoint to Malaysia checkpoint. Many took the option via public transport CW1, SBS 170 / 160 , 950 etc to cross the causeway.
